  6. Leadership & Tactical Labs More ROTC Benefits • Always Useable • Not reliant on University • Not reliant on weather • Large space for all programs

  7. Benefits For All • ROTC cadets can conduct numerous activities • Design students will receive a better space • More buildings available on campus • America will be better protected • Iowa State will look even better

  8. Numerical Information • The Armory’s size in only 89,563 gsf. • The Design Building is 163,028 gsf. in size. • Twice the space • In reality Design only uses 15,939 sq. ft. • Almost 10 times the space
