Decimals Fractions • Step one: Determine the place value • Step two: place the decimal as the numerator, the place value as the denominator • FOR EXAMPLE: 0.9 reads…9 tenths because 9 is in the tenths place The fraction would then be 9/10 SIMPLIFY YOUR FRACTION!
