LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT • Leadership: the process of influencing human behavior to achieve organizational goals that serve the public, while developing individuals, teams, and the organization for future service.
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT • Management: the process of combining human and technical resources to achieve organizational goals. Management involves the application of various functions including planning, organizing, coordinating, leading, and controlling.
