Our Proposal: Publish the Journal from J-STAGE Merits: 1. Links to PubMed, ChemPort, CrossRef -> strongincentive 2. Google full text search -> high visibility 3. Free from server maintenance -> light duty 4. Online submission/review system -> quick publication 5. Free of charge -> low cost Immediate target, Double number of papers at a half cost, seems feasible
Expansion of the Journal horizon 1. Online database and simulation 2. Video presentation 3. Data repository other than science and technology Cultural heritage data e.g.,Silk road as a pilot project of DSAO? Academic findings -----> Journal Video contents -----> Repository Energy, Environments, and then Culture !
