Computer Operator Call logging and first line support on the IT Service Desk Administration of user accounts Monitor performance of all equipment and the environment within the computer suite Monitor all backups of servers and mainframe Schedule, process and print off reports for batch processing
Computer Operator Required Qualifications • Applicant should have 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications) including English Language • ICT qualification or similar
