  4. Who We Are • We are a consulting company offering services to all organizations in development and/or improvement of program operations • The Cycle brings over 50 years of combined experience in program development, implementation, evaluation and training

How do we do it? • The Cycle employs a set of management systems that are essential to the success of any organization • These management systems tie into the services your organization offer • They include: Planning, Governance, Communication, Record-keeping, Monitoring, Self Assessment and Recruitment
