Activity • Refine your project plan • Insert deign, development and feedback tasks into your project plan. Estimate and enter an estimated time for each phase and add a Leeway task to each. Don’t forget to link them as predecessors to each other. What date is your project now due to finish?
Activity • Plan for documentation • Decide on how you will plan to create any documentation and add it to your system
Activity • Refine your project plan further • Using your project management software complete the process of breaking down the tasks of your project by analysing the handover of your project and setting up the task accordingly
