Progress on Activities (1/2) • Enhanced coordination – Sector Platforms: Energy: • TA Diagnostic of 5 African countries completed • Virtual Working Group with participants from public and private sector (2 sessions in 2010) to continue • Planned: IPP Key Guidelines, Africa Power Status Report Transport: • One Stop Border Post (OSBP) Source Book completed, Workshop with RECs and Development Partners planned • Planned: Study for Port/Airport PPP in preparation Water: • Operational (inception report drafted: preparation of activities to support AMCOW work program) • To be continued under current ICA Business Plan African Stakeholders Meeting, May 2011

Progress on Activities (2/2) • Regional Infrastructure Programmes: • Facilitation of regional programmes (WAPP, N-S Corridor, HoA Initiative, Eastern Corridor) • Active Support and Promotion of PIDA • To be continued under the current ICA SBP • Increased Knowledge: • Support of Migration of AICD/AIKP • Africa Infrastructure Intelligence Report released • Initiative for Risk Mitigation in Africa (IRMA) African Stakeholders Meeting, May 2011

Forthcoming Activities and Products 2011/2012 • Outreach: • Continued outreach to Countries e.g. India, China, Arab Partners, continuation of Seminar Series with IFC • Private Sector: Co-organizing Seminars (with IFC) • Working relationship with Regional Development Banks • Increased Knowledge: GIS Tool • Design / implement GIS tool with EU-Africa ITF / EIB Africa Power Status Report • Review of Power Status in 5 African regions / Power Pools Project Preparation Users Guide • Update and maintain Project Preparation Guide African Stakeholders Meeting, May 2011
