  3. NURSING SERVICESEMPLOYEES RECEIVE YOUR FLU SHOT ON THE UNITS. “DON’T BE CAUGHT WITHOUT YUR SHOT!” Man, I wish I’d gotten my flu shot. I feel terrible!

  4. FLU CLINICS SUE C. DAVIS, ICP AND LISA ZERBY, RN WILL HOLD FLU CLINICS IN THESE DEPARMENTS – DATES AND TIMES TO FOLLOW SHORTLY. HOUSEKEEPING FOOD SERVICEMAINTENANCE SOCIAL SERVICE ATD

  5. IF ALL ELSE FAILS.. MONDAY ---- 8AM – 9AM & 4PM – 5PM TUESDAY -- 8AM – 9AM & 4PM – 5PM WEDNESDAY – 8AM – 9AM & 4PM – 5PM THURSDAY - 8AM – 12PM & 4PM – 5PM FRIDAY ------- 8AM – 5PM THE VACCINE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR STAFF IN THE MED. CLINIC ON THESE DAYS/TIMES

  6. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE TSH FLU PROGRAM BY EITHER: REMEMBER….. GETTING THE FLU SHOT SIGNING A DECLINATION GIVE A REASON FOR DECLINING IF YOU GOT THE FLU SHOT SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU STILL MUST SIGN A DECLINATION AND INDICATE WHERE AND WHEN YOU GOT IT.
