IRES – Integrated Request Entry System • Web based Interface for CLEC Ordering • IRES is an electronic LSR • Fields are Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) compliant • Sprint used English rather than acronyms • IRES contains Sprint specific fields along with LSOG fields • Sprint does not support all OBF fields Insert Confidentiality Statement Here

IRES Requirements to Process LSRs • SAM CLEC Form submitted and processed • Valid IRES User ID and Password • Passwords are valid for 6 months • Pre-Order is a requirement prior to submitting ANY type of LSR • All Yellow fields are required and must be filled with data prior to submittal Insert Confidentiality Statement Here
