NOTIFICATION of 2013 PCSC AGM From: Park City Soccer Club Sent: Wednesday 2/26/14 7:45 AM ***PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS*** The Annual General Meeting for the Park City Soccer Club has been scheduled for 6:00 pm onWednesday, March 26th, 2014 at the Trailside Park Offices (Conference Room).  Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting. For matters requiring a vote, i.e. Board Member election, changes in Bylaws, etc., each affiliated Club team (i.e. GU-11, BU-14 etc.) must have in attendance TWO Team Representatives.   These representatives shall serve a one-year term and can either be elected by their respected team’s members (1 vote per team player) or appointed by the Team Manager in the event no team representatives are elected. The Team Manager(**IMPORTANT**) is then required to register the elected or appointed Team Representatives with the Club Secretary (Darcy Tsandes – darcytpc@mac.com) at least 72 hours in advance (by 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 23rd, 2014) of the AGM meeting.  If Team Representatives are NOT registered in a timely manner, the affiliated team shall forfeit their participatory votes. If you wish to have a say in voting matters concerning your child, your team, and the Park City Soccer Club, please notify your team manager and plan on attending the AGM on March 26th.   7. 2014-15 SCHEDULE OVERVIEW Community Information Meeting: Tuesday , May 6th--2014 X-League (U9/U10) Tryouts: May 19th– May 23rd –2014 Comp League (U11-U18) Tryouts: May 27th– May 30th–2014 Club Registration Meeting: Monday , June 2nd--2014 Summer Training Schedule All X-League, Comp League & High School Teams Summer Tournament Play: June – Labor Day 2014 PCSC Summer Camp: June 23rd – 26th, 2014 Summer Drop-in/Functional: July – August 2014 Park City Extreme Cup: July 31st - August 2nd, 2014 PCSC Academy Camp #1:August 5th – 8th, 2014 PCSC Academy Camp #2: August 11th – 14th, 2014 Summer Training: June – August 2014 **High School Girls teams train through late July due to eligibility rules** Park City Soccer ClubAnnual General Meeting - 2014

UNIFORMS --All PCSC players are required to purchase full uniform kits for 2014-16 seasons (Jerseys--Shorts--Socks--Jacket) --3rd year of 6 year uniform cycle per contract with Adidas --There will be pricing options available based on a player’s need for a new backpack and warm-up pants --Exact pricing options will be available at try-outs in May --$250 - $300 estimated pricing for entire uniform kit Park City Soccer ClubAnnual General Meeting - 2014

  11. UNIFORM FUNDRAISER As part of PCSC Month in May, PCSC has partnered with Travel Clean Car Wash to sell as many $35 cards as possible. 40% of all proceeds sold will go towards reducing the required uniform costs for next year. Park City Soccer ClubAnnual General Meeting - 2014

TOURNAMENTS --Tournament Play is at the discretion of each individual Team, Coach and Coaching Director --Club Program Fees cover the entry fees for the PC Extreme Cup and one more tournament throughout the year --Travel expenses for tournaments are additional and not included in Club Program Fees Park City Soccer ClubAnnual General Meeting - 2014

PCSC PROPOSED PROGRAM FEES 2014-15 U7-U10 ACADEMY PROGRAM $275/SEASON---FALL AND SPRING X-LEAGUE U9---$1100 U10---$1400 FULL-YEAR COMPETITIVE PROGRAM U11-U14---$1400 HIGH SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM U15-U18---$1000 PRACTICE ROSTER U9-U18---$50/MONTH *A $200/family Volunteer Deposit will be added to the program fees for all rostered players. VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE PROGRAM The success of PCSC is dependent upon each family being committed and supporting Club sponsored activities—especially the Park City Extreme Cup—through completion of volunteer hours. To ensure that the membership contributes to PCSC volunteer needs, a $200 refundable volunteer deposit will be added to program fees at registration. *EACH FAMILY IS ASKED TO CONTRIBUTE 10 VOLUNTEER HOURS DURING THE 2014-15 YEAR* How do families recoup their $200 Volunteer deposit? -Each Volunteer hour earns a refund of $15 (1-9 hours) -Full Volunteer participation of 10 hours earns the full $200 refund -Deposits can be refunded once Program Fees are paid in full OR can be credited against a balance due Park City Soccer ClubAnnual General Meeting - 2014
