  4. The reason We are member in ILT department. So, it is important for us to ensure the quality of equipment provided to the department.

  5. The Goal The main goal of my plan that to ensure the quality of (educational and technological equipments) provided from (CET) to (Instructional and learning technology department)

  6. Objectives • Students and personnel will demonstrate their satisfaction towered using the equipment by exploitation of their efficient and Capabilities. • Students and personnel will do best performance in order to use these equipment. • Students and personnel will demonstrate positive attitude and reputation toward using these materials.

  7. Group Members The three from (CET). • One from (ILT) department. • One from Collage of Education. • Me: I will be the direct observer of the work

  9. standards, benchmarks • There aren’t special slanderers for evaluating the quality of providing ILT department with enough and efficient equipment, but what will do is that we will extract our standards by selves. • We will first look backward to the (ILT) department goals. • Then we will see the (CET) specification and roles of providing Educational and technical material for SQU collages and departments. • finally we will use little a bit the standards of (NETS).

  11. Analyzing data We will use (SPSS) program to get the main, average, standard deviation, and other measuring values.

  12. recommendations for implementing change First of all the students and personnel should be provided with enough number of equipment before 3 weeks from the starts of the semester, and the department has these three week to check the equipment and complain about anything if they notes there are some thing missing.

  13. recommendations for implementing change • Second, we are seeking to the quality not the quantity of the equipment. So the department should ask (CET) to provide more powerful equipment not more number of equipment to be provided.

  14. recommendations for implementing change • Third, (CET) is responsible for deciding the number of equipment should be provided, but the centre should make these decisions due to the number of students, personnel within the department.
