AGM-1, JOB CHART / DUTIES - LAND & FARMERS RIGHTS PROTECTION • protect the rights of indian/foreign Farmers who got pattas from the government lands like Banchrai, Poramboke, Kharajkhata, Tenancy, Agricultural Ceiling, Urban land ceiling, Walkf, Evacuee property tank-bed lands and Other. • Soil management , Agriculture water resources (projects, canals), Environment, pollution control, plantation, Adulteration, other subjects related to the farmers. • protect land owners rights from the clutches of the government and other private parties such as illegal alienation, acquisition, forcible encroachment etc. • To protect environmental equilibrium this includes soil, land, air and water.

AGM-1 ,SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Collection of funds from the public in India/Abroad for the welfare of the police, military , naxalite families died during the war, actions of police, military, CRP/,naxals, or anti-social elements. • Conducting Farmers and assignees awareness programs to get benefit from the Government schemes i.e State And Central.

AGM-2 ,PRIVATE MARKET YARDS • 1.Establishment of Private Agricultural Market Yards to support the farmers by facilitating them to get good returns on their Agricultural produces finding the investers to invest in PMY’s. • 2. Development of EXPORT & IMPORT MECHANISM of Agro and Non-Agro, Medical, Chemical, products, Live-stock products, Bi-Products, Provisions, quality seeds, fertilizers etc.. • Establishment of supervisory teams to conduct awareness programmes on adulterated seeds, & educate the farmers regarding better preservation methods, processing of agro –products to get good returns on their produce.

AGM-2 , SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Good governance. • Illegal Weights and Measures. • To conduct awareness programmes on adulterated seeds, Medical, pesticides, fertilizer, chemicals in Rural/Urban. • Collection of funds from the indian/abroad public for the welfare of the farmers, Weavers, Students & others Who committed suicide due to poverty, Adulteration of seeds, lack of MSP of agro products or any other reason.

  7. AGM-3. Govt. Welfare Dept / LOANS. support all the sections in india / abroad - like SC,ST,BC,OC, farmers, poor, small business people & Small traders by facilitating them to get Loans from various Government welfare Departments like IAY, horticulture, agriculture, DWAMA, NABARD bank or any other nationalized bank’s , private sector banks or finance institutions for establishing their own businesses like farmer’s products stores, SSI units, medium scale industries or any other businesses to support the poor & their livelihood in rural/urban areas. Housing, Industrial, Agro, Infrastructure.

AGM-3 , Social responsibility. *Collection of funds from indian/foreign schools/collages/public for the welfare of orphans,students, women and child for their education, health. *Welcome & Enrol global volunteers & maintain Global volunteers club- to serve the victims effects at natural disasters like earth quakes, tsunamis, other natural/manmade disasters.

GOLD LOANS • Establishment and administration of gold loan centres under mission for poor charitable trust in every District, Mandal /Tahsil ,major gram panchayats in the state as per the RBI rules to helpful the farmers, small traders. • Finding the investors who are interested to invest.

  10. AGM-4 - SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Collection of funds from the indian/foreign public for welfare of orphan cow’s and animals. • Maintaining GOSHALA and support Goshalas.

EXHIBITIONS/MARKETING • Mission for poor organises Indian and international Agriculture, Automobile, Ceramics, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Cotton and Textiles, Dairy, IT consultancy, Educational, Electricals and Electronics, Food, Furniture, Garments, Glass, Handlooms and Handicrafts, Hatchery, Iron and Steel, Infrastructure, Jute, Jewellery, Leather, Machinery/Machine tools, Motors, Paints, Paper, Packaging, Pesticides, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics, Press, Printing, Sanitary, Seeds, Silk, Soft drinks, Sugar, Tea,

AGM-5 ,SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Trust Publications, Journals, News bulletins, Monthly's, Weekly's, Covering Trust News, Caste/ Community diaries, Mandal, Divisional, District, State Diaries and all other print & electronic trust works in india /abroad. • Work for new Labour unions under Mission For Poor in industries and labour work places. • Work for welfare of labour and their families ,raise the funds from the indian /foreign industries/public for welfare of labours, Collection of funds from the public for the welfare of the farmers, Weavers, Students & others Who committed the suicide due to poverty, who are lost their earning person in industrial/ accidental death or become handicapped.

  13. AGM-6, CORPORATE AGRICULTURE • Identify the agricultural lands, develop the live stock for corporate agriculture, vegetables, sheep, poultry or ancillary too. (Note less than 3000 acres in each district) and to develop the crops which are highly demand in local/national/globe. • Independent arrangements of Land management, pesticide management, Water management transport/export. Adopting new technologies and harvest methods, processing preservation methods. • Identify the marketing facilities, supply ,contracts with corporate like reliance fresh etc.

AGM-6, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Works towards elimination of poverty and to improve the living standards of the poor people in India and abroad • Preparation of NRI data. • Establishment of Old age homes, orphan houses, Child and women welfare ,medical and educational assistance in india / abroad. • To run, maintain or assist any educational or other institution for coaching, guidance, counselling or give vocational training. To grant individual scholarships for poor, deserving and needy students irrespective of religion carryon activities in educational, scientific, technical, medical, social and charitable works in india / abroad. • Establishment of medical, ayurvedic unani, sidda, naturopathy, any alternate meedicine research centres.medicinal plants plantetion in india/abroad.

  15. AGM-7,ESTABLISHMENT & HR • To establish offices in all the states in India & Abroad. All the Districts, Tahsils/ Mandal H.Q • Recruitment ,Removal of the staff ,maintenance of accounts and cash book. • Recruitment of standing counsels/Advocates and take up the problems of victims/sufferers providing legal support Issue notices to the both parties preliminarily and settle the issues as amicable to the both parties and close the issues without going the courts. • Organizing and maintain performance indicators of the employees and to guide the staff to achieve given targets. • Correspondence to the state and central officials/ministers and to bring notice the problems of the poor and farmers and attending the meetings conducts by secretariat or any department.

AGM-7 , SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • To establish offices in all the states in India / abroad and covering all districts, Tahsils, Mandals and take up the problems of victims/sufferers providing legal aid and support issue of the notices to the both parties preliminarily and heard both sides issue if any reasonable remedy founds to settle the issues as amicable to the both parties and close the issues without going the courts. AGM-8, FINANCE • All financial planning, implementation, finding of recourses, approvals, Identify the investors for corporate Agriculture, Livestock development or ancillary too organizes by the trust. All works defined under finance management. • Preparation of NRI’s lists residing various countries of the globe. • Preparation of new schemes which are financially supports the investors and trust. Maintain lists of investors, industrialists, business peoples, public representatives, Big farmers. • Maintain best relations with the Bankers, Investors, C.A’s, accounts & HR, public.

AGM-8, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Conducting surveys & report to the Central and State Governments in India /Abroad for btter society. • On all the Government departments in Indian / Foreign Institutions, ACB, Vigilance, IB, CBI, Ngo’s, Organizations( Govt., Private, State and Central), Trusts, Missionaries, Registered societies, Charities, State and Central public representatives ( MP’s, MLC’s, RajyaSabha members, council of Central and State Ministers), Public servants ( IAS, IPS, IFS, Police, Defence), Banks, Central and State appointed commissions & commissioners, Planning and Revenue boards, Registration Departments, Corporations, Controllers, Auditors, Generals, Agencies, Federations, Central and state departments, Co-operative societies, Samithi’s, Guarantee schemes, Credit societies, Max societies, Education and Research Institutions.
