Ms. Debra E. Jones Advance Computer Game Programming Juniors and Seniors Students 1stSemester Project Failure to Recovery Form & Check List Listed below are the 1st Semester Projects. If you are missing any of the projects, you must submit them by January 12, 2012. The possible number of points for each late project will be 200, letter grade of “D”. If you choose to take the 1st Quarter Exam, and pass with score above 250, your letter grade will be a “C”. The possible number of points for the quarter exam is 300. Everyone who completes the terms stipulated in this form will receive at less a grade of “D”. The following stipulations for failure to recovery are listed below:1. You and your parent must sign the Failure to Recovery Form.2. You must attend three days of after school tutoring, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.3. All pass due assignments will receive no less then a letter grade of “D”. Example: If you submit a project that is graded below the 200 points, you will not get an “F”.
