Bryan County High SchoolTSA Mission The mission of Georgia TSA is to prepare its membership to be successful leaders and responsible citizens in a technological society through co-curricular activities within the technology education program; which include communication, leadership, and competitive skill development in the classroom/laboratory environment.

Bryan County High SchoolTSA Creed • I believe that Technology Education holds an important place in my life in the technical world. • I believe there is a need for the development of good attitudes concerning work, tools, materials, experimentation, and processes of industry. • Guided by my teachers, artisans from industry, and my own initiative, I will strive to do my best in making my school, community, state, and nation better places in which to live.

Bryan County High SchoolTSA Colors • Scarlet (red) represents the strength and determination of the technology education students and teachers to obtain their goal. • White represents high standards, morals, and religious beliefs. • Blue (navy) represents the sincerity of the technology education students and teachers in obtaining a greater knowledge of our technological world.

Bryan County High SchoolHow do students join? • We encourage all students who are interested in engineering and technology to join! • All new members receive a membership flag pin, membership card, and certificate of membership at our pin ceremony with paid membership. • Officers receive an official TSA officer pin and are chosen in May before their year of service begins. • Membership cost is $15 to join to cover local, state, and national dues! • All GA TSA (active members only) Seniors receive a TSA Cord to wear during the graduation ceremony.

  11. Bryan County High SchoolGA TSA Newsletter All members at BCHS receive the GA TSA Newsletter! Meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month.

  12. Bryan County High SchoolPin Ceremony • The Pin Ceremony is held every November. • Members receive a flag pin and officers receive a TSA officer pin.

  13. Bryan County High SchoolGA TSA Affiliation The Georgia Technology Student Association at Bryan County High School was established in November 2010 with its first affiliated chapter. Membership has continued to increase each year. 2010-2011 Affiliation=18 Students 2011-2012 Affiliation=23 Students 2012-2013 Affiliation=38 Students2013-2014 Affiliation=24 Students
