FARMHOUSE FRATERNITYUNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA STRATEGIC PLAN OF ACTION 2004
Vision Statement “To excel, within our own campus, as well as internationally within FarmHouse, to become a stronger, more unique chapter that adds to the rural diversity that we treasure and uphold. We will build the whole man, uphold the old and create new traditions, and continue to excel within our community. Leaders in our chapter will strive to reach higher levels of scholarship and recruitment, and we will be grateful for the predecessors of this chapter.”
Mission Statement “Continue to Build the Whole Man”
Overview of Strategic Plan This strategic plan was created by the whole chapter to provide us with a written set of goals and objectives, that will be measured, and if necessary changed, in order to make us a better chapter. It will be updated annually by the entire chapter at the winter retreat, and reviewed monthly by the Strategic Plan Evaluation Committee. It will provide the new executive with a guide and a sense of direction to follow for their term. Areas needing focus are mentioned in this plan, and can change from year to year, based on the concern of those involved in the review of this plan.
