Automotive Logistics experience • Since 2004 – Major Auto Trans has been an international carrier of Nissan cars on the Russian market • Since 2005 – has been taking part in transporting Peugeot, Opel, Cadillac, Chevrolet and Saab cars in the RF, and an international carrier of KIA cars on the Russian market • Since 2006 –an exclusive carrier of Mazda in the Russian market, a carrier of Renault cars within Russia, an exclusive carrier of Alfa Romeo on the Russian market • Since 2009 - an carrier of FIAT, SsangYong and ISUZU cars on the Russian market • Major Auto Trans also take a part in transporting cars of other manufacturers

Handling and storage of cars Together with our partners we provide car handling and storage services in following countries: • Finland (Turku, Hanko, Helsinki, Kotka) • Estonia (port Paldiski near Tallin) • Poland (Gdansk) • Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) • Ukraine (Sevastopol) Services provided: • Unloading ferry, checking for damages • Placing on compound, storage service • Loading on trucks, port formalities realization • Customs procedures, checking cars for damages and transport documents preparation

Truck Fleet • Special line fleet for cars transportation consist of 169 Volvo car carriers with Rolfo Sirio, Rolfo Arctic, Eurolohr trailers • Local fleet in Moscow area consist of 10 Ford car carriers with Blizzard trailers and 21 towing trucks for the 1-2 vehicles transportation • In addition, Major Auto Trans currently has at its disposal over 530 car carriers belonging to sub-contractors from Russia, Lithuania and Poland.

Information Technologies • Specially developed complete information system allows to control whole process of transportation from loading till to-door delivery • Trucks are equipped with GPS navigation systems • WMS for vehicles storage and handling management (with wireless data terminals) • Unlimited possibilities for upgrading, adaptation for clients purposes and integration with other information systems – the system is developed and supported by our own IT department

Terminal M9 • At 2007 we have opened the new 3PL logistics facility «Major Terminal-M9» that includes: • Class «A» warehouse, 20 000 m2, for long term storage and transit • Compound for 1 000 vehicles storage • Car washing and PDI services • The terminal is situated within 12 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the M9 “Baltiya” motorway Web site: www.major-m9.ru

Vehicles Distribution Center In 2008Major has opened new Vehicles Distribution Centrethat includes: • A vehicle storage compound for 9500 vehicles (19 hectares) • A loading-unloading area and car inspection area that allows to process 32 car carriers at a time • An office building • A car wash • A PDI-service • A parking slot for 50 carriers (waiting area) • A canteen and a rest area for drivers • The Centre is located in Volokolamskiy District of Moscow Region, 76 km from Moscow Ring Road on the M9 “Baltiya” motorway

Vehicles Distribution Center • Working 24 hours, 7 days per week • Maximum safety facilities: an electronic access control system, 24 hours electronic perimeter security system, 24 hours CCTV with automatic recording, 24 hours patrol of the territory by a canine team • 24 hours lighting by light masts • Phone, broadband Internet and wireless network covering the territory of the Centre • High-tech wireless terminals for data collection and processing, specially developed WMS system
