Limiting Factors • Human Interference – if someone was to come along and cut down certain parts of the tree or even affect the bark it could stun the growth. • Climate – temperatures that are either to hot, to cold, or constantly changing could stun the growth of the tree. • Animal Interference – if an animal was to eat or chew at the leaves or bark it could prevent the tree from continuing to grow.
Light and Space – if there is not enough light in the area, or even enough space around the tree, it could prevent the tree from growing. • Soil Moisture – if the ground is to moist or not moist enough it could prevent the tree from obtaining the needed moisture and prevent growth.
