Suggestions for Strategic Plans Create a suitable Research Committee at College level Initiate various Research and Scholarly activities, like; Departmental projects, funded projects, grant-in-aid projects, more focused staff Ph.D specializations with encouragement and incentives to do Ph.D, and ensure their percolation to UG/PG level students through sub-projects, initiate a College level Journal with ISSN number, increase staff publications in Journals/International Conferences, arrange special lecture by faculty, guest lectures from NITs/IITs/other places, guest lectures from Industryon specific topics, release Research Bulletins periodically, networking with other universities/colleges and Industry, nurture staff development programmes, organize more international/national level conferences/ seminars and workshops, MOUs with Industry/other academic places like Deemed universities and state universities, etc
