  3. Milk Barfi Recipe • 2 cups milk powder • 1/2 cup milk • 3/4 cup sugar • 1/2 cup ghee • 1 tsp rose water • Chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish Ingredients livingfoodz.com

  4. Milk Barfi Recipe Method • Add the ghee, milk and milk powder in a pan. • On a low flame, mix all the ingredients until they blend to form a smooth paste. This should take about two minutes. • Next, add rose water and sugar. Mix well. Continue cooking on a low to medium flame for another six to seven minutes.
