  1. Climbing Snail Upon your arrival at camp on Monday morning, you observe a snail making its way up the exterior wall of your cabin. Each day, it carefully climbs 30 inches up the wall; however, at night, it slips back down the wall 12 inches. If the cabin wall is nine feet high, on what day will the snail reach the top of the cabin wall? Show more than one way to solve this problem.
