Basic rules of C LIMBING • 1-Use only standardized mountain sports equipment and study instructions for use. • 2-Double-check your knots, harness buckle, belay system and the end of the rope. • 3-Communication prevents misunderstandings, let your partner know when he has to take your weight on the rope. • 3-Respect other climbers and inform them of mistakes and dangers. Stick to climbing bans. • 4-A helmet prevents head injuries in case of falling rocks, if you fall.
What is the objective of climbing? • The overall objective of the climb is to ascend to achieve nearly vertical surfaces, ice, rock or artificial walls built specifically for sports.
What equipment we use is to climb? • Harness- coated belt that ties the rope to the climber's body. • Cat feet - sturdy shoes fitted at the foot • Helmet • Carabiner • Strings
Basic rules of paintball • Always wear appropriate protective mask and never draw close to play areas • Treat every marker as if with balls • Never point a marker to someone without mask protection • Always use "TAPA CANOS" and activate the mechanisms of security marker • Never look directly into the barrel of the marker • Never shoot a bullet at speeds above 300 FPS • Play only in appropriate venues • Never shoot balls-to others' property • Always store the marker in a safe place and no bottle
