  3. Starting From Day 1 • Keep what we do simple because IT IS! • ALWAYS sound like you’re having fun! • Laugh with them often • Very important…know their health goals • Have the mindset that EVERY Client is a future Health Coach!

  4. Getting Them Started • Send them a “welcome email”… keep it brief! • Connect them with a “Client Support FB Group”…why? • Call the day/night before, the first 4 days, 1 x week • Don’t overwhelm them with information...they don’t need to know everything now!

  6. Coaching Calls • Personal Conversation vs. Coaching Conversation? • Limit your calls to 10 minutes…why? • What should I cover in a Coaching Call? • How do I get off the phone?

  7. Referrals & Planting the Seed • Brand yourself! • Educate how to refer to YOU! • When is the right time? • How to plant the seed for Coaching • When is the right time? • How and when to use the DVD & IDS
