Money Receipt (Booking) • MR Booking is used in Parcel Booking branches where the amount is paid in advance before the goods are transported. • It cannot be made from crossing branches. • MR (Booking) can only be created against Paid LR’s only. Cannot be created against To Pay LR or TBB LR Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  3. To Create a MR (Booking) on main screen click on Transaction From Menu click on Money Receipt. Then in sub menu click on Money Receipt (Booking) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. See the main screen on right side there are search options available to find old records with various options available like MR No, MR Date, Billing Client Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Total Amount, Cheque No(In case payment done by cheque). There is also + New Record button to enter new record. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. For this example we are selecting Agra branch and will click on search button to see the records Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. After clicking on Search buttons system will search and show the records. To view any previous entry click on the respective buttons. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. To create new entry click on + New Record Button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. A Blank Form of Money Receipt (Booking) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. I will start by selecting the Branch name from where we will do this entry. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. Enter date Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Select Money Receipt Type. For this example we have selected Money Receipt (Booking) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. Enter the LR(s) number in the box and click the Add button. For multiple entries separate them by “,” Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. If that LR is entered in system then its details are displayed on the screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Enter the amount received in the column. In this example we the amount is ₹150 Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  15. Now we will select the payment mode. In this case the amount was received in cash so we doing entry on cash side. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  16. We can also add remarks which can help us in remembering details about this voucher Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  17. Now we will click on the Save button to save this entry. If the print is required then can click on Print button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
