G L OACB Good Life Training Series “ Eat the Frog” Using A Floodlight Approach • Begin planning & problem solving meetings with intentional conversations about self-assessing ourselves & our service delivery culture • Begin to take a critical look at the contributions that we have provided that have lead to the success of the people we serve. • Taking a critical look at our actions that have lead to an adverse impact on quality of life for the people we serve. • Begin to have intentional conversations about Collaboration among the contributing members of our service delivery system that will result helping people we mutually serve to have a Good Life • Plan honest & intentional discussions about organizational & caregiver contributions and accountability
