  2. Overview • RosterLive ESS is a totally web based solution and is accessible via a computer connected to the internet. • RosterLive ESS is how you complete Time Sheets, view your Roster and change your Payroll details Page 1

  3. Your Employee Number • In order to log into ESS and deal with Payroll questions, it is essential that you know your Employee number. • The employee number can be found: • On your Staff Profile Form • On your Pay Slip • If you cannot find your employee number please email payroll@oshclub.com.au and a response email will be sent with your employee number Page 2

  4. Logging In to ESS • Open your browser and type in ess.rosterlive.net • You will then see the below page YYour username is Employee Number @OSH eg 1928@OSH Your password is your initials1234 eg If your name is Bill Smith Your password is BS1234 Page 3

  5. Logging In to ESS • In this example I am logging in as 1928@OSH Page 4

  6. Forgotten Password • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten Password? On the login screen. Enter your RosterLive ESS username and then click Request Password. A new password will be emailed to you. Click on the blue link to return to the login screen. Page 5

  8. Once Logged in to RosterLive ESS you will be taken to the Home screen Page 5
