  3. Three possible actions: • Retain in Jerome Library Main Stacks • Transfer to NWORBD (OHDEP) • Withdraw

  4. Create list data exported to spreadsheet Item record: Barcode Total checkout Call no. Total renewal Volume Internal use Copy Copy use Location (item) Last update date

  5. Bibliographic record: Location Height (300 |c) Title Pagination (300 |a ) ISBN OCLC number Publication date(008 date one)

  6. Factors to consider • Dated – variation by discipline • Need for current curricular support • Multi-volume sets • Reference works

  7. More factors to consider: • Earlier editions of title • Another copy in the NWORBD • Number of OhioLINK copies • If considering an item for withdrawal, make a point to examine the book
