  3. How it’s contracted • Sexually transmitted • Can be spread through contaminated clothing and bedding • They can jump and bite

  4. Prevention and Treatment • Permethrin 1% crème rinse is one of the most common treatment, it will kill the lice. One application is all it takes. • Procedure • Wash pubic hair • Dry and apply cream • Leave for 10 minutes and wash off • Comb area to get rid of dead lice

  5. If it’s Not Treated • Discomfort and infestation • Continuous itching will result is serious skin infection • If you are infected with crabs or think you are see a doctor immediately

  6. Avoiding Crabs • Use condoms • Be clean. Cause nobody really wants crabs.
