  3. The first week of journaling • How difficult was it to journal everyday? • What did you learn during the first week?

  4. The selection of the change statement • What problems did you notice in your eating habits? • Did you have a balance between exercise and calorie intake? • What was the force behind your selection of the change statement? • Write the change statement.

  5. Living the Change • Explain that it takes two weeks to change a habit. • How difficult/easy was the change? • Did you have family support? • Were there barriers to your attempt to change? (internal/external) • Were you diligent in journaling your eating habits?
