COMING SUMMER 2007! • Wake Up to More Fruits and Vegetables • Wake Up to More Fruits and Vegetablesis a multimedia, web-based training to promote more produce being served at breakfast. • The training is targeted to child nutrition personnel and provides resources, information, and ideas to increase the purchasing, serving, and promoting of fruits and vegetables. • The training includes video clips and demonstrations, interactive web-pages with tips and strategies, and well-researched resources that are embedded within five interactive modules and sidebars.
