Digital Measures in Coles College Since 2004 • Faculty Perspectives • Inputting CV information was initially “a pain” but once completed, periodic updates are easy to do • Generating reports for performance reviews, grants, and other activities is very easy • Student evaluations are simple for faculty to administer (it’s done automatically) and summary results are available more quickly • Greatly simplifies the process of preparing reports for accreditation visits as all data are located in one place • Student Perspectives • Very easy to provide feedback on all courses at a time most convenient for “me” • Many expressed greater confidence in the anonymity of the process as compared to paper & pencil student evaluations
