Objectives Upon completion – Processes for Managing Employee employment agreements – an employee will know how to: • Electronically sign an employment agreement: “Yes, I agree” • Print an employment agreement • Electronically NOT sign an employment agreement: “No, I disagree” • View and print employment agreements for the Account Management application Security Initiative
Employment Agreement Processing CSE Employment Agreements All CSE employees/contractors are required to sign employment agreements at the beginning of each calendar year. The type of agreements may vary based on Cabinet and Department requirements. Employees who utilize the Cabinet’s Security Portal will be required to electronically sign each agreement specific to Child Support Enforcement. Security Initiative
Employment Agreement Processing Task: Employee opens an Internet Explorer (IE) browser and enters the following URL into the browser: “https://keups.chfs.ky.gov/home/default.aspx” Security Initiative
Employee/Contractor selects “Yes, I agree” Security Initiative
Electronically Signing an Agreement Employee/contractor selects “Yes, I agree” • If this is the first time employee/contractor has accessed the security portal, or the beginning of a calendar year, employees/contractors will be presented an employment agreement(s) to electronically sign. The first page provides instructions identifying each agreement and additional instructions. Security Initiative
CSE Disclosure Awareness Training for access to FTI has to be agreed to prior to accessing KASES or the WebPortal Security Initiative
Electronically Signing an AgreementEmployee/contractor selects “Yes” to open agreement in PDF format • If employee/contractor selects “Yes, I agree” the pop up box below appears to provide the opportunity to open the agreement in PDF format. If “Yes” is selected, the agreement is opened in PDF format. Security Initiative
