New Visions: New Visions for Public Schools believes that the best way to strengthen schools is to develop the professional capacity of teachers, principals and administrators. New Visions encourages and supports teams of teachers in developing instruction, evaluating their efforts and modifying teaching practices based on their assessment of student growth. We believe this practice, teacher-led inquiry, is the best way to translate higher standards into classrooms and departments and across schools.

Typical Days • “A Day in the Life of @ Marylawn” – • From start to finish…for teachers.. • Daily Procedures • 7:45 am – 3:17 pm • AM – MUST be in gym for Convocation by 7:55 am • PM – MUST be in gym for Convocation by 2:45 pm • Attendance – 15 absences; 45 lates • ALL CLASSES BEGIN WITH PRAYER • Appropriate uniform • Must be on time to class • Review student handbook • Follow school-wide rules
