  2. Define completion certificates? • The completion certificate is very important and is required by the owner so that it can be produced for the subsequent sale of the property.

  3. What are the completion certificates? • As per the definition of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), under chapter 2 of “ Definition” : • 2-36.“Completion Plan” means an as built plan submitted to the Authority for the purposes of obtaining approval and occupancy certificate. • A Building Control Body should issue a "Completion Certificate" or "Final Certificate" upon the practical completion of each building project, to state that the work meets the technical requirements of the Building Regulations.
