“ “ Improve "No DTMF Input Operation" of Personal Custom Service Countermeasure Utility Command “OPTN 10” allows you to assign the operation of Key 9 or Key 0 as No DTMF Input Operation instead of Recording or Disconnect. [Mailbox 101] I am out of office. Now, this call is transferred to the operator. Caller TVM PBX

“ Select the format of the wav file with which the TVM sends the E-mail Old Specification WAV file : IMA ADPCM 8KHz 4bit IMA ADPCM TVM Some mobile phones can not play. TVM saves the recorded message into a mailbox as IMA ADPCM format. If a mailbox user sets to transfer a message in his/her mailbox to his/her mobile phone by the e-mail notification feature, TVM will send an e-mail with an attached wav file. However, the transferred wav file can not be played on his/her mobile phone, because the mobile phone does not support IMA ADPCM format.
“ Select the format of the wav file with which the TVM sends the E-mail Old Specification Not Clear… Hear the message WAV file : IMA ADPCM 8KHz 4bit Voice Windows Terminal Service TVM A mailbox user uses Windows Terminal Service. Due to the network traffic or the network condition, he/she can not clearly hear the message transferred from TVM. According to the evaluation results, by increasing the sampling rate format it is possible to hear the message more clearly.
“ Select the format of the wav file with which the TVM sends the E-mail New Specification Utility command “COPT” allows you to change the format type of the wav file which the TVM creates from IMA ADPCM 8KHz 4bit. WAV file : PCM 8KHz 4bit TVM Improved… Clearly hear the message WAV file : IMA ADPCM 32KHz 4bit Voice TVM Windows Terminal Service
