Interesting Harbor Home sales facts for 2011 Of the 14 Harbor home sales, 10 properties had Full Golf Memberships and 2 properties had no memberships, 1 had tennis and 1 had social Of the 14 Harbor home sales, 7 sales were 1st floor units and 7 were 2nd floor units ACR participated in 12 of the 14 sales Average Price for a downstairs unit was $371,500, almost the same as last year Average Price for an upstairs unit was $487,000 down from over $500,000 last year Please note that last year there were many more downstairs units sold than upstairs (10 vs. 2). We point this out to help you understand that even though in aggregate, the prices of Harbor Homes increased from 2010 to 2011, in reality the prices decreased in 2011 because more upstairs units were sold.
