Background Quicksell 2000 (QS2000): Software created by Sales Management Systems (SMS) 10 years ago. In 2002 Microsoft acquires SMS e integrates QS2000 to its Business Solutions product line. Product License (Electronic Key or “Dongle”) Microsoft validates RMS licenses through a parallel or USB dongle. End users can order the dongle type of their choice. For any QS2000 or RMS upgrade order, the previous dongle S/N has to be provided.
