University of Alabama in Huntsville • Situation Analysis, 2003: • No electronic (web based) version of freshman viewbook • Desire to make available publications on website • Desire for quick response to inquiries • Limited in-house resources for development of e-brochures • Limited funds for mass distribution

  3. Goals for Electronic Viewbook Project • Web-native (not PDF) • Must load quickly • Searchable • And ability to track search key words and terms • Ability to measure hits • Pages viewed • Days and times • frequency • Must keep with UAH “Brand”
