Digital Strategy • Data Driven- approach should be data driven (either data provided in the case study or data found by secondary research) • Focus on ROI- Should have focused digital channels with payout/ returns in mind • Non-traditional digital channels/platforms- Can act as a differentiator provided they make business sense (for example: the first truly digital shoe, linked to a healthcare app on your phone) • Time-to-market- Short timelines for implementations would be preferred • Clear alignment of focus on objective- Strategy should focus on maximizing revenues
Utilizing Technology to leverage data from all channels to enhance customer experience • Link of Technology to business goals- Clear link to business goals and how technology can enable an enhanced customer experience • Non traditional technologies- Technologies beyond the obvious can be a differentiator provided they make business sense • Data gathering, data storage & data extraction- Sustainable and scalable methods across technologies • Customer touch points- Too many customer touch points can result in a weakened customer experience • Technology Feasibility and scalability- Solutions suggested should not be too complex to adopt and should be scalable
