  2. About A&K “A&K Boutique Portal is an ecommerce application which offers a broad array of resources and services to both the Clients and the Merchants of A&K villas. Provides a means for the clients and Merchants to streamline the booking process and various other features related to the property on-boarding, discovery, management etc. It provides a robust e-commerce solution which allows A&K clients and merchants to complete critical business processes online with minimal intervention by A&K staff“.

User’s • A&K users are of 3 kinds:- • Administrator, Merchant and Customer. • Portal Administrator can perform CMS, Manage customers and merchants, order management and payment processing administration. • Merchant can update property availability calendar, request inventory discount, contact A&K, create merchant profile and management. • Customer can search villas, compare villas , review property, mange profile, creates wish list, books the property, process the order and receives the confirmation.

  5. In home page user click the property search. • User selects particular property country and region etc. • When user clicks the GO button user will be redirected to the next properties landing page.

  6. After clicking OK button user is redirected here and where he can select any property of his/her choice. • After selecting the property user click the BOOK IT NOW button.

  7. User needs login details to login and continue the booking process.

  8. User need to enter his/her valid login details.

  9. Now user is in his/her User landing page where he/she can check/update all the profile and booking related details.

  10. After selecting a property need to select the available dates.

  11. User needs to fill in the details and can opt for hosted services if available.

  12. User needs enter passport and other necessary details if required.

  13. User needs to enter all the required fields.

  14. In booking summary page user needs to checkout the booking using payment mode by CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER/CHEQUE

  15. Here in the payment gateway user needs to fill in the card holder details.

  16. User entering the cardholder details they need to enter the billing information here.

  17. After entering the details user to submit the booking.

  18. Booking submit conformation page

  19. After booking is conformed user is redirected to the A&K user cart page. Where user can check the booking status.

  20. User can check the booking status.

  21. User will get the email notification regarding the booking conformation.
