Stress • The Stress can cause mental, physical, and emotional problems in an individual. • The funny part is that we know how much damage Stress can cause to the body. • However, we don’t take any step to trim down its harmful effects.
Stress cannot be eliminated you have to find ways to manage it. • Stress is part of life. • We have to learn relaxation techniques and methods to manage Stress, so we have control over it and its effects on our physical and mental health.
Cause Of Stress • Stress can be caused due to physical and chemical factors like: • Rauma • Infections • Toxins • Illness and injuries • The emotional causes of Stress can be due to varied reasons.
1. Mental Stress • It is affected by an imbalance of Vata doshas. • A person mind becomes hyperactive. • They lose the ability to make decisions or to think positively or to do their day activities or to fall asleep at night.
It can be treated by eating Vata-balancing foods, with sweet, sour and salty tasting dishes. • Take warm milk, and the light dietary product can set right the mental stress problems. • Massage daily with warm oil can prove to be helpful.
2. Emotional Stress • It is affected by an imbalance of Pitta doshas. • A person becomes irritable, is getting depressed and causes emotional anxiety. • A person with emotional stress can't be able to sleep at night.
It can affect you to wake up and not able to go back to sleep. • It can be treated by drinking lot of juicy fruits, foods with sweet, bitter and astringent taste. • Before going to bed, drink milk added with rose petals. • A daily massage with coconut oil will be very helpful.
3. Physical Stress • It is affected due to the imbalance of Vata doshas and Kapha doshas. • Eating sweet, sour and salty food help you to handle Vata doshas.
Taking adequate rest and moderate exercise help you with Kapha doshas. • A full body oil massage daily will prove to be beneficial.
