The method of design 4bits: I think that the sum of four bits are range from zero to fifteen , so I guess the middle figure, 7. The results may not get lots of mistakes that compare to the original figure.

Conclusion As the figure,the last 4 digits that all show zeros are the best in the PSNR and the worst is show random. I figure that I didn’t take the sum into account so that it’s not only has the error seven.
