  3. Status • Division (GT) office ISO 9001:2008 certified • CMMI Development 1.3 L2 certified • Recertification for CMMI…soon • 65% compliant to ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements

  4. Challenges • Improve consistency & product performance • Customer’s increased demand, awareness, satisfaction • Corporate pushing for certification • Overall costs (certification) • ROI

  11. Outcome Status • Improved Management Team…more responsive, risk based thinking • Efficiency improved…traceability • Staff motivation…confident…pride (including Management) • Increased demand for product…US & Internationally
