WHO WE ARE • West21 has been in operation since 1995 • New Jersey S-Corp • 2.5 Employees (2.0+.25+.25=2.5) • Until 1.5 years ago, we housed our operations in other data centers • 2000 moved to Asbury Park, NJ and built our own (small) data center in Feb 2001 • Launched Wireless Internet Access on July 20, 2001 FCC WISP Briefing - West21 Systems

WHY WE DO IT • Installed Base ~12 wireless points -- hundreds of people served! • 2 Community Service Centers • Job Skills & GED Training • Community Access • Small Private School • Stone Pony http://www.stoneponyonline.com/ • Internet Café (w/HotSpot for public access) • Residential Customers Because the schools and community centers offer internet access to the the public -- most of whom do not even own a computer -- broadband internet access is provided to hundreds of people who would not otherwise have it.
