  4. A visit to chitral • Chitral is a valley • Located in north west of Pakistan • 12 hour drive from Islamabad

  5. A visit to chitral • Chitral has a population of only 319,000 but a large geographical area • A very large proportion of the population depends on agriculture for its livelihood. • There is very little industry and trade is mainly small scale

  6. A visit to chitral • Main attraction of chitral is its kalash people. • They wear extraordinary large head-dress. • They are found of music and dance.
