  14. A problem of mobility? Which mobility? Percentage of the population from 18 to 24 years which did not finish higher secondary education and which is not any more in training EUROSTAT, DGSIE, Investigation into labour forces (2002 - 2006) In 2006, in the CFWB, approximately63.000 people.
