Loamy Meadow + 105 ac Shallow Loam + 85 ac Shallow Rocky RanchHeadquarters Loamy Meadow Site Mix of smooth brome and orchardgrass planted years ago. ● Produces about 1,200 lbs/acre with a proper utilization level of 50% Shallow Loam Site Native bunchgrasses (50%), forbs (45%) and native shrubs (5%) including bitterbrush and other native shrubs. ● Produces about 725 lbs/acre with a proper utilization level of 40% Shallow Rocky Site Bunchgrasses (50%), forbs (25%) and native shrubs (25%). ● Produces about 550 lbs/acre of forage with a proper utilization level of 40% Southside Pasture225 ac Total 10 ac.
