  5. Why? Transboundary issues Geothermal reservoirs do not stop at state borders: harmonized management strategies between the neighbouring countries are essential to guarantee sustainable production and reach environmental goals

  6. Next steps and way forward • Official project closure: September 30, 2013 • Final reports and Strategy Paper → distribution to stakeholders • Training on the use of the web-portal (national events, September) Vision: Geothermal information platform as a basis of joint understanding and evalution of resources Synergieswithotherongoing / plannedprojects: Geothermal ERANET, GeoMOL, Geo-DH, etc
