Scope of Work Eagle analyzed Famous Footwear Stolens Logs for Flushing, New York, Store#2918 from November 27th, 2013 to January 4th, 2014. • During the time period, the Stolen Logscontained over 200 reports of empty boxeswhich Eagle investigated.Eagle analyzed the images, video anddata on in-store theft locations and merchandise, persons of interest(POI), behaviors and more involved inthestolen incidences. Case File Data *No video evidence to implicate POI removing merchandise from store. • Interim Takeaways • Each stolen involved a group of 2 or more. • Groups acted in concert. • Children were present in 60% of stolen cases. • 4 of 5 of events involve Hispanic demographics. • POI spend minimal time in store.Most thefts occur within 5 minutes of entering store. • POI tend not to purchase. • In 3 out of 5 analyzed cases, suspects had interaction with employee. • Only 1 of 5 cases involved theft of multiple shoes 4

Action Plan • Contact information to set-up additional stores- Lancaster, etc. • Develop baseline for time spent in store • Identify “Hot Spots”- areas most likely to be targeted by POIs. Perhaps have employees frequent these areas more often • Continue to add to Case File database and identify trends 8
