Project included a full analysis of the market and competitive environment, including regional value chains and government regulations. • Conducted a portfolio assessment of the electronics and communications division of a leading chemicals company facing underwhelming financial results. Performed strategic and financial due diligence to inform forward looking financial models for each business segment to determine harvest/grow/divest recommendations for the portfolio. • Chris has also worked for Meriturn Partners, an investor in underperforming situations in the middle market, where he evaluated investment opportunities and developed turnaround strategies with management teams, and as a senior financial analyst at Wells Fargo & Company. • He received a MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar, and a BA with High Honors in Economics, from Kenyon College.
